Digital Drum cover design

We were approached by the Drum last month and asked if we would be interested in designing the cover of their Digital Drum magazine. The answer, Yes.

We played on the fact that digital has been embraced by consumers as part of their daily life but businesses need to restructure to keep up with the pace and demand. To get this across we decided to produce a digital cover, a cover of html code coupled with a QR code. People who understood html could go straight to the digital cover, others would simply use the QR code to view it.

The digital cover was a fast moving, fullscreen, image slide show showing the everyday life of a consumer. It was topped and tailed with the Digital Drum brand and contents index.
