VeriSign had commissioned online fraud research, highlighting attitudes and experience of online fraud across consumers in various European countries. So we used this research as a focus of our idea.
We designed an infographic style booklet that would deliver its content in an open and informative way. This communication was focused on two key stages of the customer lifecycle: to reinforce purchase for new customers, and as a brand engagement piece in the lead-up to renewals.
An additional challenge was the need to roll this booklet out across 10 different languages and markets whilst keeping the design and information highly relevant for a local market. We achieved this by pulling out country statistics/content and associations VeriSign were working alongside to ensure this increased relevancy. We also designed the booklet to ensure the flow of the design took into account increased character length as well as changing localised content as it was tailored by market.
