A refugee from the dot-com bubble, Kieran cut his corporate teeth working for clients like BT, Cahoot and Philips before relocating from London to Glasgow. He spent several years working in online community - building sites local government and non-profits, and working for a social networking startup - before joining first Curious Digital, and then Bourne.

Kieran brings a User Experience focus to everything he does, and has driven development of Bourne's Basis tool since its humble beginnings. At every level aiming to reduce friction, improve quality, and help both client and agency to get the best work out whilst still getting home on time. He's still working on that last bit.
